GOODBYE 2010 HELLO 2011

WOW!!! What a year it has been for me,from losing my dad to losing a couple of friends to getting over an ex-boyfriend whom i have realised after we broke that he actually came in between my dreams and visions,i really do not know why us women are so naive when it comes to relationships...really,i dont,because i do not think i will be doing what i am doing now if i was still with him....it was just a whole lot to handle all at one time,but now i am actually glad that i went through those things because now i know that i am stronger than i thought i was. No one said life would be easy because you never know what tomorrow might bring for you,so i have learnt to live like there is not going to be a tomorrow,and there are quite a few things i have learnt during the year,and they are as follows......

i have learnt that you never really know a person,even after you have known that person for so many years.
i have learnt to trust no-one but myself AND God.
i have learnt to make the Almighty my number one. He is my boyfriend,my homeboy and my life because i know he will NEVER forsake me.
i have learnt to put myself and what i love doing first because at the end of the day it is what I want and it is MY dream.
i have learnt that if ever i get to be in a relationship again,i am NOT going to clear my schedule FOR HIM,i will put him where he fits in,not lettting anyone mess with me now.
It is quite a long list my people,but those 5 points i have listed where THE most important lessons i have learnt.
So thank you to those who stuck with me through good and bad and to those i am not close with...thank you for making me realise that i should start chasing true virtues instead of shadows. although we have made amends(which is a good thing) it dont mean that things are going to be the same again.
So 2011...i await you with open arms, i am so ready to take over the world right now and make my dreams become a reality and growing even closer with God.
